The design concepts are presented to the client for feedback, followed-up by a collaboration to refine and adjust the concepts based on client preferences and project goals.

In this step there is also the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings based on aesthetic considerations, durability, maintenance requirements, and budget constraints. This is done in close collaboration with our team's designer, architect and engineer, to integrate structure and systems seamlessly into the design concept.

After all aesthetics have been agreed upon, we prepare detailed design documentation, including architectural drawings, electrical layouts, plumbing plans, and specifications for all elements.

Our team conducts thorough cost estimations based on the finalized design and specifications to provide accurate budget projections. Additionally, we implement value engineering practices to identify opportunities for cost savings while ensuring that design quality and functionality are maintained at optimal levels.

We specialize in tender document preparation, meticulously developing comprehensive documents that detail project requirements, scope of work, contract terms, and evaluation criteria for prospective contractors. Additionally, we conduct thorough evaluations of bids from contractors, including assessments, to assist our clients in selecting the most suitable contractor based on qualifications, experience, and proposed project approach.

We provide ongoing support throughout the construction phase with regular site visits, inspections, and meetings to monitor progress, address technical queries, and promptly resolve any design-related issues that may arise. Our team also maintains rigorous quality assurance protocols, closely monitoring construction activities to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, regulatory requirements, and project milestones.

After completion of the fit-out, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure it meets all design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. Following this, we compile a detailed snag list that identifies any defects, discrepancies, or unfinished items needing rectification or completion. Finally, we facilitate a smooth project handover to the client, ensuring all necessary documentation, operation manuals, and keys are delivered for a seamless transition and maximum client satisfaction.
